How does the brand store program work?
You choose 2 to 3 styles and prepay a first production run of at least 100 pieces. We manage production, build and launch your custom storefront, store your inventory, and pack and ship every order.
Is my store built from a template?
No. Your store is custom built for your brand, and it runs on the same system we use to produce, track, and ship your merchandise. There are no apps or plugins for you to set up or manage.
Why have a store with us instead of building one myself?
Building a store is the easy part. Making the merchandise, storing it, keeping stock accurate, and packing every order is the work. With us, your store, production, inventory, and shipping are one connected system, so you can focus on selling.
Can you run a store for merchandise I already have?
Yes. We build and run your store for it. Ship your own orders with a Managed Store, or let us store your inventory and pack and ship every order with Store and Fulfillment. Both are quoted per project.
Can you just ship orders from my own website?
No. We do not offer shipping on its own. Every brand we work with has a store built and run by us, either with merchandise we make or merchandise you already have.
Who owns the inventory?
You do. You prepay your production, so the finished pieces belong to you. We store and ship them on your behalf.
How do I get paid?
Sales proceeds are reconciled and paid to you on the schedule in your agreement, after applicable fees, refunds, chargebacks, and agreed reserves. Every settlement is documented.
What are the fees?
Setup and monthly fees, fulfillment charges, shipping, and merchant processing are separate charges. The amounts are listed in your proposal and catalog.
How do reorders work?
Your sales and inventory reports show what is selling and what is running low. Reorder the styles and sizes that move, and we restock your store.
What happens to unsold stock?
It stays yours. Your inventory is stored free for an initial period, and storage charges apply after that. You can request shipment of your remaining inventory at any time.
Can I see a store before I commit?
Yes. Open our demo store to shop it like a customer and open the owner dashboard.
